During winter, nothing compares to a warm, healthy sugar-free cake. This recipe is perfect for anyone who wants a sweet treat without guilt, while NAVA products make the entire process easy and enjoyable!

Ingredients (8–10 servings)

2 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 cup coconut oil or sunflower oil

1/2 cup honey or stevia

3 eggs

1 cup almond milk or hazelnut milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Lightly grease the non-stick Terrestrial cake pan.

Step 2: Measuring the ingredients

Use the Imperial digital measuring jug scale to accurately measure all ingredients. Precision is key to a successful recipe.

Step 3: Mixing

In the Acer stainless steel mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with honey or stevia and oil. Add the almond milk and mix using the Misty whisk until the wet ingredients are fully combined.

Step 4: Adding the dry ingredients

Sift the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add them gradually to the wet mixture and stir until the batter is smooth.


Step 5: Nuts or fruit

Step 6: Baking

Pour the batter into the Terrestrial springform cake pan and bake for 35–40 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.

Step 7: Serving

Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy a delicious, healthy winter cake without sugar!
